The Pumphouse
This mixed use development in South London, in association with A Peake, creates a dramatic series of spaces within the apartments as well as the Ground Floor office area. A clear distinction is made between the original fabric of the existing buildings and the new contemporary interventions. Double height spaces, expansive use of glass and the iconic domed rooflights connect the spaces through the communal courtyard.
