An additional floor has been designed to this existing building in Guildford creating two Penthouse flats as well as an office space to the Ground Floor of the property. A common palette of materials ensures design consistency between the two levels. The use of glass balustrades and sliding doors to the Penthouses take full advantage of panoramic views whilst timber brise soleil and louvers maintains privacy.
