Brief Development and Concept Design

 

The first stage, once you have decided to undertake a building project, is to establish a detailed brief.

Working closely with you, PWJ look to uncover the key factors driving the project.  This helps to develop an understanding of how you like to live and what you are looking to achieve from the build.

 

Combining this with the constraints and opportunities of the site and existing buildings, we can create proposals that maximise the potential of the project.

We would always recommend a full measured survey of the property is produced ensuring all designs are accurate and full feasible.

 

The result is conceptual proposals that provide a holistic design approach and master plan for the project.
