An exciting opportunity to fully refurbish an existing beach house on the West Sussex Coast,

A request to retain as much existing fabric as possible in conjunction with existing design features such as a curved wall on the principle facade, provided an exciting but challenging task.

Taking a cue from the clients fondness for clean lines and modern villa styling, PWJ's overhaul of the elevations replaced a dated brick and tile hang facade with white render and timber panelled walls.  Flat roof elements offered the chance to introduce balconies to the front and rear, a feature introduced to many of the recently developed properties along the street scene.

To the rear, large format glazing offer access out to the ground floor terrace and private balconies whilst offering impressive expansive views over the south coast.
