TOTTENHAM ROAD

Imaginative internal planning and a contemporary extension transformed this Victorian semi-detached property. The existing house had a dated layout with dark, poorly sequenced rooms. A saw tooth roof created an innovative solution to overcome planning issues and in turn helped deliver a scheme flooded with natural light.

The existing bathroom outbuilding was replaced with a modest extension, housing an open plan kitchen and family space. In order to retain the existing 4 bedrooms, the bathroom was located in the centre of the house. A new generous hallway was created as a welcoming entrance to property.

The scheme produced an imaginative, contemporary solution on a tight budget.
