This substantial rural house required full refurbishment and modernization. A dated internal arrangement and tired facade, the works included re-configuring the layout to provide a large open plan family area with kitchen and dining room as well as a substantial study and media room. The addition of a new orangery links the house to the newly landscaped garden.

 

The first floor was rearranged to provide 2 double bedrooms, a nursery and master suite with opulent en-suite and dressing room.  Conversion of the second floor added 2 further double bedrooms.
