Contract Administration and Site Inspections

Our involvement doesn't stop once construction starts. We remain closely connected to the project throughout the build, administering the building contract and carrying out regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship and compliance with the agreed design.

We liaise with you, the contractor and other members of the project team, helping to resolve issues as they arise and providing architectural input when decisions need to be made on site.
