MASTER - PLANNING

PWJ has extensive experience in master-planning, from smaller multi-unit schemes through to larger residential developments, combining strategic planning knowledge with a strong architectural understanding. Our approach is grounded in creating well-considered, practical and deliverable layouts that maximise a site’s potential while responding sensitively to its context, planning requirements and long-term vision.

We bring a wealth of experience in larger-scale development and strategic master-planning. Whether working on a small multi-unit scheme, a collection of bespoke homes or a substantial residential development, we combine our understanding of planning, architecture and the wider context of a site to create well-considered, commercially viable layouts.

We carefully consider the relationship between buildings, landscape, access, movement, amenity and the surrounding environment, while identifying opportunities to maximise a site’s potential. Our hands-on approach enables us to develop practical and deliverable masterplans that provide a strong architectural vision while responding to planning requirements, site constraints and the ambitions of our clients.
