Technical Design

Using the approved planning scheme, we agree the detailed specification for the works to create a detailed Building Regulations drawing set.  This is then formally submitted to Building Control for approval.

These more technical drawings illustrate the chosen construction methods as well as the buildings compliance with all elements of Building Regulations including, structure, fire compliance in addition to acoustic and thermal performance.
