Construction

Once a contractor is appointed the next stage is to commence the building works on site.

​

PWJ Architects assist with all elements of Contract Administration, from liaising with the Contractor on site, dealing with cost queries and adjustments through to issue certificates.

​

In addition, PWJ can also assist with obtaining sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings and finishes using their trade influence to get the maximum level of finish within your property. 

​

PWJ have successfully delivered numerous projects through to completion and have developed excellent working relationships with design professionals from Contractors, Specialist Sub-contractors and Quantity Surveyors.
