Building on Stage 3, we would then work up the technical design information to enable Contractors to accurately price.

Creating a detailed Tender package that includes tailored lighting, electrical and AV proposals, kitchen and bathroom designs as well as hard finishes, staircases and built in joinery, PWJ manage the Tender process to ensure you obtain fully comparative quotations to allow you to choose the right contractor for your project.

Using our expert knowledge of Interior Architecture, we ensure a hollistic style that marries through the design intent from the building concept all the way through to the internal finishes. The result is a finished building that seamlessly transitions the design from exterior appearance to the completed interior.
