Following the initial concept designs, the proposals are refined to develop a single scheme through to the planning submission stage.

We take the time to ensure the proposals fully meet your requirements and format these into a detailed planning submission.  Whilst Planning Permission can never be guarenteed, by producing all the necessary accompanying documentation such as Design and Access Statements, Heritage Statements and necessary visualizations and diagrams if necessary, PWJ's comprehensive planning submissions carry an excellent success rate for planning permission.

More tactical planning strategies may require the input of a specialist planning consultant and working closely with them, PWJ can delivery the most effective planning approach to maximise the chance of success.
