PWJ Architects were commissioned to convert this Grade II Listed building in Guildford into high end residential apartments.

Working solely within the existing footprint, PWJ utilised the historic character features and unique spaces, inserting modern interventions to produce 9 individual luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

Restoring existing features such as exposed beams and an existing well, along with modern interventions such as glazed screens, a feature staircase and bespoke lighting combine to restore this prominent historic building and ensure its ongoing future use.
