REPLACEMENT HOUSE FARNHAM

PWJ Architect's were commissioned to design a new dwelling to replace an existing dated bungalow.  Taking cues from the local vernacular and limited by planning restrictions, the proposals were carefully designed to sit within the footprint of the existing house.

Contemporary styling to the Chalet Bungalow appearance allowed the introduction of timber framed glazed gables which flood the interior with light.

Open plan family areas including a kitchen, dining and family area open directly onto the south facing terrace, whilst the tiered ground floor leads down to a formal living room and study.

At first floor, the split level provides a separate master suite wing, with 3 further bedrooms, a family bathroom and laundry room to the upper level.
