This former care home was to be restored into a large luxury family dwelling in Surbiton.

Utilising the existing substantial footprint but removing a number of the existing sub-divisions and poorly positioned extensions, PWJ maximised the layout with minimal additional structures and created a flowing modern property with in the existing building footprint.

The ground floor included a generous open plan kitchen/breakfast area along with separate family, living and dining rooms.  The first and second floors contained 5 generous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a luxurious master suite.
