This listed former mill building had already been converted into a residential dwelling, however despite it's size, the layout was poorly arranged and the fit out was becoming tired and dated.

The work predominately revolved around an Interior Architecture alterations including modernising the layout to create a semi open plan family space comprising of kitchen, living and dining areas.

All bathrooms were re-planned and refurbished and a bespoke lighting plan throughout was designed to highlight historic features and integrate the modern additions harmoniously.
