Asgard Developments appointed PWJ Architects to reappraise this period townhouse within a Conservation Area in Kingston-Upon-Thames. Through creative internal replanning involving the introduction of a full basement with front and rear light wells we achieved seven spacious contemporary flats from the original arrangement of six bedsits.
Utilising the generous proportions of the original property, the building was completely refurbished to restore the sense of light and grandeur associated with Georgian houses. Generous bedrooms and modern bathrooms, coupled with open plan kitchen, lounge and dining spaces provide spacious contemporary living environments within a traditional envelope
