We are looking to offer the flexibility of complete remote working to a friendly enthusiastic architectural technologist. To be considered for this role the applicant must have a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to be heavily engaged in the design process, and is confident to produce planning and building regulations packages independently to a high level of presentation. Potential client facing and site role for the right candidate. The applicant will need to be based in the Surrey/South East area and their own transport is required. It would be a bonus if the candidate has 3D visualisation, photography and website management skills plus is happy attending meetings together with the six resident dogs already owned by the team.
